In addition to the warranty, we offer a **30-day risk-free trial**, allowing you to test your e-bike and ensure it meets your expectations. If you’re not satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund under our return policy.
1-Year Warranty
Covers all manufacturing defects and faulty components. Batteries and accessories are only covered if defective at the time of purchase. Normal wear, accidents, and misuse are not included.
30-Day Risk-Free Trial
Try your e-bike for 30 days. If you are not satisfied, return it in original condition with less than 35 miles on it for a full refund. Enjoy peace of mind while exploring your new e-bike.
