The GT20 offers a range of up to 190 km per full charge, depending on terrain, weight, and riding conditions.
2. How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Charging time is typically 4–6 hours for a full charge. For best performance, use the charger provided with your e-bike.
3. Is assembly required?
Minimal assembly is required. Most bikes come partially assembled, and instructions are provided. Our customer support can guide you if needed.
4. What is the warranty coverage?
All e-bikes come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and faulty components. Batteries and accessories are covered if defective at purchase.
5. Can I return my bike if I don’t like it?
Yes! You can return your e-bike within 30 days of delivery if it is in original condition and under 35 miles for a full refund.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries worldwide. International shipping fees and customs charges may apply.
