30-Day Risk-Free Trial:
If you are not completely satisfied with your e-bike, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Conditions for returns:

• Bike must be in original condition with no significant wear or damage

• Mileage must be under 35 miles

• Original packaging and accessories must be included

Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the bike and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

1-Year Warranty:
All Coswheel e-bikes come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and faulty components. The warranty does not include normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents. Batteries and accessories are covered for defects at the time of purchase only.
